📄 Magnetopia Studio – Terms & Conditions

By booking and using services at Magnetopia Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests and staff.

🔐 Copyright

  1. All content, branding, studio setups, and visuals created at Magnetopia Studio are protected under copyright law. No photos, videos, or materials may be copied, scanned, altered, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

  2. Reproduction rights for images taken within the studio are granted only to the original client and cannot be transferred to third parties without written permission.

  3. Magnetopia Studio retains the right to use selected client images for marketing or promotional purposes only with the client’s written consent.

  4. We respect your privacy — no images will be shared publicly unless you approve it.

🔧 Breakages, Losses & Damages

  1. The client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused by themselves or their guests during the session.

  2. The studio is monitored by CCTV for security and safety.

  3. All equipment and props are used at the client’s risk. We are not liable for loss, damage, or personal injury that may occur during your session.

  4. No decorations, confetti, or changes may be made to the studio setup without permission.

  5. Any equipment issues must be reported before the session begins.

  6. Magnetopia Studio is not responsible for any personal items left behind, damaged, or stolen. We do not insure any client property or belongings.

💸 Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Cancellations made at least 3 days before the session start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

  2. Cancellations or no-shows within 3 days of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  3. We allow appointment changes or rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

💳 Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • Studio time is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and is not secured until payment is completed.

  • Any additional services (e.g. extra prints, additional time) must be paid for before leaving the studio.

❌ Termination

Magnetopia Studio reserves the right to cancel or terminate any booking without refund if the client or their guests breach any part of these Terms & Conditions or behave inappropriately.

🐶 Pets & 🧒 Minors

  • Pets are welcome! Please notify us ahead of time if you're bringing a fur-friend.

  • Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times during the session.

🔥 Fire & Safety

  • Fire, smoke, and flammable materials are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Our studio follows safety protocols and is monitored to ensure a secure environment.

⏱️ Session Duration & Overtime

  1. The Mini Session: 30 minutes total → 20 minutes to shoot + 10 minutes to select photos.

  2. The Classic Session: 60 minutes total → 40 minutes to shoot + 20 minutes to select.

  3. The Extended Session: 90 minutes total → 60 minutes to shoot + 30 minutes to select.

  4. We may extend your session if there are no back-to-back bookings. An additional session must be purchased and paid for at the end of your session.

  5. All guests must arrive and leave within their booked session time, which includes setup and pack-down.

  6. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in shortened session time, with no extension available. This helps us stay on time for all clients.
